Make sure to have open discussions.

Allow for conversation and constructive meetings to take place, especially to discuss the importance of DEI. Allow your workforce to have a say and opinions on their take on what diversity, equity and inclusion means to each of them.

Don’t forget to have KPI or Key performance indicators.

Close to the way public relations professionals use KPI in campaigns, you can use them in the workplace to measure how well your requirements for DEI are being met.

Promoting and being active in DEI is crucial for any company, if you haven’t already, start implementing a plan today! Foster a better workplace community and do your part in making the world a better place!
