It starts within, you must take care of yourself, eat well, stay hydrated, and exercise. Developing healthy behaviors now can lead to a lifelong commitment to become the greatest version of yourself. Here is a list of healthy behaviors to start with:


1. Clean your personal space frequently

Cleaning your home on a regular basis is an excellent habit to develop.

2. Sleep at least eight hours a night

Our lives are influenced by the quality of our sleep. Sleep is one of the most crucial components of keeping healthy in college, from blood pressure and stress levels to immunity and mental clarity. Consider the following suggestions if you're having problems sleeping at night:

  • Maintain a healthy level of activity throughout the day by exercising, walking, or participating in sports.

3. Stay Active & Exercise

4. Hydrate Yourself

Your body will not be able to work at its best if you are not well hydrated. Drinking plenty of water will ensure proper brain function.

6. Consume whole food meals

Although being self-evident, the importance of food and nutrition in maintaining optimal health cannot be stressed.

7. Party strategy

Staying up late can have a detrimental impact on sleep, immunity, mental clarity, and general vigor. Other party-going behaviors can be even more physically and emotionally draining when combined. Although you don't have to completely avoid social gatherings and parties, it's crucial to find a balance and pay attention to your body.
