Developing healthy behaviors now can lead to a lifelong commitment to become the greatest version of yourself. Here is a list of healthy behaviors to start with:

1. Clean your personal space frequently

Cleaning your home on a regular basis is an excellent habit to develop.

2. Sleep at least eight hours a night

Our lives are influenced by the quality of our sleep. Sleep is one of the most crucial components of keeping healthy in college, from blood pressure and stress levels to immunity and mental clarity. Consider the following suggestions if you're having problems sleeping at night:
