Mid-South LGBTQ+ Archive, Welcome to the Meeman 901 Family

The Meeman 901 Strategies family is getting a new client, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them into our house.

Meeman 901 Strategies has partnered with the Mid-South LGBTQ+ Archive to create and promote content that is meaningful and lasting. Directed by account lead Denzel Alexander and account executives Marvin Wilkins and Kareem Khudheir, Meeman 901 will be transforming the way that the Mid-South LGBTQ+ Archive runs its social media.

The Mid-South LGBTQ+ Archive is a special collection within the University of Memphis’s McWherter Library. The archive is ran by JRSM assistant professor Dr. Robby Byrd and his assistant, Louis.

Meeman 901 will be generating a content calendar, along with content, for the Mid-South LGBTQ+ Archive’s Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages. This content will include photos and captions regarding the events and updates from the archive.

Currently, we are partnering to promote the first event put on by the archive. This event is called “De-Centering Stonewall,” and is an exploration of the history of the Stonewall uprising. De-Centering Stonewall is October 25, 2019, at the University of Memphis.

What kind of content are you looking for from the Mid-South LGBTQ+ Archive? Let us know by leaving a comment or tweeting us, @Meeman901.
