This is the season of giving, so what better way to show thanks to your community than by giving back. Pick a charity that your brand is passionate about and show them your support.

2. Make customer service a priority

With the hustle and bustle of the holidays it is easy to get wrapped up in focusing on sales. However, it is important to remember the customers’ experience is just as important.

3. Get the customers involved

Holiday shopping can be stressful, provide some relief by offering fun promotional opportunities that involve the customers. This could be anything from a photo contest to a scavenger hunt. It’s exciting and free advertising!
